Fish Keepers

We have been manufacturing specialist refrigerators for the storage of fresh fish for over 50 years. Osborne fish keepers do not use internal evaporators and fans which dry the fish out and shorten the shelf life. Instead, we use a cold wall system which retains the moisture inside the fridge. This improves the condition and shelf life of the product and removes the need for crushed ice. All models feature stainless steel construction throughout with industry-standard 1/1 gastronorm trays.

All cabinets are rear vented and need minimal airspace around them
All cabinets are fitted with maintenance free condensers
All cabinets have coiled wall refrigeration systems and no fans to maintain freshness of fish
All cabinets are fitted with a digital temperature controller and have a -1 to +1^oC temperature range
Standard finish is stainless steel throughout
Stainless steel internal racking is removable for easy cleaning
Gastronorm pans have stainless steel inserts
Rear mounted drain has 3/4" BSP connection
Castors are standard on OC150 and OC250 (included in height)
Castors are optional on OC80 (adds approx 110mm to height)
